4. Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service.
5. Once we receive and verify the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for purchase.
6. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are received after the 14-day return period.
